   We are pleased to offer you a series of vintages produced from premium grapes from traditional Bulgarian varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay together with modern grape varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir from our unique new 120-hectarevineyard located in Nedyalsko village of Straldzha Municipality, within Yambol District, Bulgaria. Our wine production concept is based on terroir wines of strong character that bear their own recognizable style and are characterized withexpressive and pleasant aroma and juicy or fruity aftertaste. Vinolla wines are young and have proved great potential.

 The temperate continental climate of the area and the favorable distribution of precipitation are a good basis for the developed wine growing industry in the lowlands of Upper Thrace. The region includes the central part of the lowland, as well as parts of the Sakar Mountain. The Balkan mountain range serves to block the cold winds from the region to the south of the Balkans while the valley is drained by Maritsa River, thus forming a Mediterranean climate with mild rainy winters and warm dry summers.
